Thanksgiving With MSRE Agents

Rhonda Kosor

Like many of us, Thanksgiving is one of Rhonda Kosor’s favorite times of the year! She joined the Mark Spain Real Estate team in December 2018 not knowing how many opportunities would be coming her way.

When asked about what these great opportunities have entailed, she said,

Rhonda has had such a wonderful time meeting her clients who are experiencing a time of change because they have changed HER life. She is also thankful for her caring teammates who have become some of her most giving friends. There is always someone on the team willing to help or lean in when needed!

Donnie Icenhour

Donnie Icenhour is thankful for the amazing leadership that gets carried out well beyond the books and meetings that we attend. One of the best things about our leadership team is that they are accessible to everyone at MSRE, and they are transparent about mistakes and celebrate success.

Donnie has been stretched and has grown in so many ways since joining MSRE over two years ago, and this success has brought many blessings home to his family.

Donnie recalls a story from his first year at Mark Spain Real Estate,

“I helped a family purchase their first home together. During all the homes we viewed we established a friendship where they found out a little about my back story of being a minister. We joked that not only could I help them buy a house but I could officiate their wedding ceremony too.

Earlier in the summer, they texted me to help their son purchase. They told me I was the one who they trusted to help their son to buy his first home. That was pretty cool then they proceeded to tell me they are ready to take me up to marry them. That was an incredible honor to me to not only help their son to purchase his first home but also officiate their wedding.”

Moments like these are why Donnie finds being a part of the Mark Spain Real Estate Team so rewarding this Thanksgiving, and they keep him going when things get tough!
